“One of the great challenges presented by our fast changing global economy is how to accept and adapt to change. Access to information and new technologies is essential, but not sufficient, to achieve success. The capacity to change, deploying new information or adapting to new circumstances, ultimately determines how well enterprises perform” said Scott VanHoy, Managing Director of Leeds Equity Partners. “Prosci fully understands the imperative of embracing innovation, and that organizations benefit from learning how to implement processes that enable them to drive change. Their solutions are path breaking, proven, and effective.”
“We are thrilled to partner with Allison, Tim Creasey and the rest of the Prosci team and deepen our corporate training portfolio,” said Christopher Mairs, Principal of Leeds Equity Partners. ”As we have seen over the last two decades in our space, there is a huge need for change management competencies throughout organizations as companies adapt to the challenges and complexities of the global economy.”
Goodwin Procter served as legal counsel to Leeds Equity Partners. Prosci was advised by Harris Williams, the Richmond, VA based middle market investment bank.
